An insight into the Ginger Pixie's Jam... 

I want to try something a bit different as I've never seen this on a blog post before and I thought it would be fun to give myself a musical challenge, seeing as music is one of my biggest passions!

 The task is to compose an alphabetical songbook relating to song title to test my knowledge of music and to see what different genres and artists I end up with at the end. I know this sounds easy but to make the task more of a challenge I have come up with some rules in order to give myself a score out of 52 at the end:

 The goal is to write a song title relating to the letter and including the artist without looking anything up! If I can't think of the artist then I must pick a different song and I can not use the same artist again. At the end, I will give myself a score with one point for both the title and artist. If some letters are impossible to complete then I will leave them blank and will not receive a point for each which may affect my final score. At the end I will give a general overview of which letters were the hardest and for the ones I have left blank I will then allow anyone reading this to leave a comment in the description below suggesting what I could put.

So, that was my A-Z Songbook challenge, leaving me with a total of 50/52. Not bad! I always knew that 'X' would be the problem letter, so I invite anyone who reads this to come up with a song title and artist for 'X' and post it in the comments section! Overall, this challenge has done what I hoped it would do and shown me that I have quite a wide-ranging taste when it comes to music and I don't like to limit myself to one genre, after all, variety is the spice of life and all that jazz! Excuse the pun!
